I always liked working overtime for them. They don't communicate very well to all of their roles that they have. There are times where they will schedule people for a shift and those people won't show up and they're told that they were not told they had to be on the shift at all.
So there's a huge lack of communication between everyone and the hourly employees. The actual corporate wants to deny that there is a lack of communication skills and they will blame you for bringing it up. I enjoyed being paid a fair amount for my KSA, which means knowledge, skills and abilities. I get the impression that they are set up to help people excel, and why this is surprising, many places operate to the contrary. Pros free food. Cons short break. Some you have to follow certain schedules. They have weekly pay which is good if you rather have that than biweekly. Pros Flexible jobs, weekly pay. Don't forget to refer your friends and family to us! It was a great company to contract for. You get paid weekly, you get paid good. It's just the company may not always be good to work at. If I need to leave due to an emergency the agency checks if the company gives me few days off or just hired me back when I will need it. Pros Get hired fast. Cons No much growth opportunities. They started doing background checks and the jobs are bad. It does make sense, they should be grateful people are willing to do jobs. The staff is nice and they put you to work right away, I guess that is the plus.
